1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• VIP members at Diamond tier and above benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering contributions vary by product type:

4.4 General Bonus Conditions

5 Betting & Casino Game Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game at ab99999, you accept that the outcome of each wager is determined by the applicable rules of that game or market, as defined by ab99999's sportsbook rules or the game rules published by the relevant technology provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.).

5.1 Sportsbook Rules

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the published market rules for each sport and competition. Cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures) are governed by ab99999's cricket betting rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section.
• Bets placed on cancelled, abandoned, or void events will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.

5.2 Casino Game Rules

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

ab99999 maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account at ab99999, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under 18 years of age is prohibited. Falsifying date of birth information is a serious breach of these terms.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or third-party payment methods, or any form of financial fraud in connection with your ab99999 account is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market is prohibited.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games is prohibited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by ab99999

ab99999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Identification of duplicate accounts
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ab99999 will aim to complete its review and communicate an outcome within 14 calendar days. During the suspension period, the account balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes without adverse findings, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored in full.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ab99999 account at any time by contacting support@ab99999. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to KYC verification being complete. Remaining balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure may not be returnable.

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An ab99999 account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ab99999 will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Following notification, a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be deducted from inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or until the account is reactivated by logging in. Once a balance reaches zero, the inactive account will be closed. Reactivating an inactive account requires successful re-authentication and may require updated KYC documentation.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab99999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ab99999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Intellectual Property

Governing Language

Severability
